Transcripts of Academic Records

Students and former students may request official transcripts of their TCU academic record from the Office of the Registrar for a transcript processing fee. All transcript requests must be made by the student and must be in writing. Adequate notice, normally one week, is required for transcript processing. Transcripts will not be released unless the student has satisfied all financial obligations to the University. Disciplinary actions do not appear on the official transcript, but students who leave the university after disciplinary action or when disciplinary action is pending may at the discretion of the Dean of Campus Life have a letter attached to the official transcript describing their disciplinary problem or suggesting that the recipient contact an appropriate person in the Office of Campus Life.
